RULES FOR SECONDARY CONCEALED CARRY WEAPONS INSTRUCTORS
Approved by the Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club Board of Directors October 7, 2005


1. Before any Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club (TRCGC) secondary instructor is able to utilize club facilities for their concealed carry weapons class, he/she must have obtained the approval of both the lead club instructor and the Board of Directors. A secondary instructor is defined as any instructor who teaches any classes other than those in the published schedule. To obtain this approval, the secondary instructor must submit a written request to teach the class. The request must include:

The list of requested facilities
The date(s) the class wil be taught
The approximate number of students in the class
The contact information for the instructor
A copy of the instructor's C.L.E.E.T. instructor certification
A copy of any flyers or information sheets used by the secondary instructor

The request will be reviewed at the following Board of Directors meeting held the first Thursday of each month. The secondary instructor should allow sufficient time for his/her request to reach the Board in time for the meeting.

2. All flyers and other information sheets used by the secondary instructor must carry the TRCGC name. Flyers and sheets must be approved by the Board of Directors berfore they can be distributed to the public.

3. Secondary instructors must be members of TRCGC. Any secondary instructor who utilizes club facilities without the prior approval of the Board of Directors shall forfeit his/her club membership.

4. The charge to students for the course must be the same or more as charged by the Board of Directors. A revenue/expense form must be completed by the secondary instructor upon completion of the approved class. A fee of $10.00 per student shall be paid to TRCGC for each class taught. This fee will be paid in cash or personal check drawn on the secondary instructor's account. The secondary instructor will not be allowed to hold any additional classes until the fee for any previous class has been paid.

5. The lead instructor shall contact all secondary instructors regarding these rules. He shall then send a hardcopy of these rules to the secondary instructors contacted.
